Your Argentina & Chile Vacation Includes:
Itinerary
 

Day 1-Saturday: USA-Buenos Aires
Overnight flight to Buenos Aires. Dinner and movie
on board.

Day 2-Sunday: Buenos Aires
Morning arrival in Argentina's vibrant capital. Transfer
to your centrally located hotel. Day at leisure to explore
the surroundings and perhaps shop for leather, suede,
wool knits, jewelry or antiques .

Day 3-Monday: Buenos Aires
Morning sightseeing tour of the city's main landmarks:
Plaza de Mayo, Presidential Palace (Pink House),
Congress Building, Opera House, and Palermo Park.
Remainder of day at leisure. This evening we take you
to a classical Argentinean Dinner and Tango Show.

Day 4-Tuesday: Buenos Aires
Full day tour to an Argentinean Hacienda. This typical
and unique excursion will allow us to admire the
traditional folk dances and enjoy the songs of the
Argentine Gaucho (cowboy). The party is held at an
old country ranch located about 90 miles from Buenos
Aires. A barbecue lunch, or "asado", with wine is included.

Day 5-Wednesday: Buenos Aires
Day at leisure in the Argentinean capital.

Day 6-Thursday: Buenos Aires-Santiago
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to
Santiago, the capital city of Chile. Meeting upon arrival
in Santiago and transfer to your hotel. Rest of day at
leisure.

Day 7-Friday: Santiago
Today we enjoy a full day tour visiting the city of Santiago,
including the Pre-Columbian Art Museum, San Cristobal
Hill for a panoramic view of the city, the Cathedral, Post
Office, and National Museum. Stop for a wine tasting at
The Wine House and continue southeast to the River
Maipo Canyon traveling along Chilean foothills and
villages. After lunch, on your own, afternoon visit to
Concha y Toro Vineyard, one of the largest exporters of
fine Chilean wines, including the wine cellars and storage
area followed by a wine tasting. Then, we drive back to your
hotel downtown Santiago.

Day 8-Saturday: Santiago
After breakfast, we leave on a full day excursion to
Valparaiso and Vina del Mar driving west towards the
Pacific among panoramic views of the countryside. Arrive
in Vina del Mar, Chile's main seaside resort and a short
stop at the Fonck Museum. Free time for lunch on own and
continuation along the coast to Valparaiso, Chile's main
seaport. Visit Valparaiso with its typical architecture and
winding narrow streets and cable cars and old Victorian
residences. We ride through the commercial areas, the
Victoria Square, and the building that now houses the
nation's Congress. Late afternoon return to your hotel in
Santiago.

Day 9-Sunday: Santiago-Buenos Aires-USA
Evening transfer to the airport for a short flight to Buenos
Aires for your connecting flight home arriving USA the
following morning. Dinner and movie on board.

Tour Prices and Comments:

1) Tour prices begin from  $2,195 but are subject to
     change if airlines add a fuel surcharge(s) in the
     coming year.
2) Your airfare is included from Miami. Contact us
     for the additional airfare from your departure city.
3) Prices for  the July and August 6th and 13th
     departures please add $275.
4) A "land Only" price is available depending on the
    departure date.

Additional Fees per person:
  • U.S. AIRPORT TAXES have been included in
  •  the above tour price from Miami.
  • Package prices are subject to currency
  • fluctuation surcharges unless paid in full.
  • If airfare is not purchased, a Land Only fee
  •  of $49.00 applies.
  • Argentinean airport departure tax $35 and
  • Chile's reciprocity entry fee $131 per person
